Why Rusting Away Exists Built to feel like home
Rusting Away was created because we couldn’t find a server that made us want to stay.
A few friends and I bounced from server to server trying to find the right place — but nothing ever clicked. We knew Rust could be incredible with the right mindset and community.
So I built the server we wanted to play on: co-op survival, PvE challenges, and long-term progression. It didn’t take long to see others were looking for the same thing.
Today, Rusting Away is full of knowledgeable players who help each other grow. I’m determined to make this server stand alone — you won’t find another place like it.
